Please check the product and sign for it every time it is delivered. If the product is not up to specification or is incorrect, return it immediately.

Frozen products, keep frozen all the time temperature below -18 degrees Celsius or 0 Fahrenheit.

You should order 2-3 days in advance to prepare for delivery in time.
If the schedule delivery is full or the product is missing, it will be postponed to the next 1-2 days as appropriate.

Closed on all important festivals, we will notify you in advance.

Return & Exchange Policy

All handmade products are guaranteed quality.
Can be exchanged in case of damage or poor quality.

Products are packaged from the factory. Please check before receiving the product. Because it cannot be returned except for damaged products.
